The language of accommodation or intervention?

We meet many intelligent, self-aware managers, and most of them are deeply familiar with recent theories of leadership and management. Therefore the purpose of counselling in our view, is to deepen the “Mastering Yourself” ability – help managers master their personal awareness and to develop resilience; gain the ability to face up to challenges and chaos by being aware and proactive.  

We advocate the language of accommodation and intervention; our role as consultants is to reflect and intervene in a clear and practical way given our deep understanding of psychology and our understanding of how teams and organizations work.
